Went out last Sunday and scored on a huge Lions Mane mushroom. They have great medicinal qualities and taste amazing. We will be having the remains this evening with roasted butternut squash and toasted pumpkin seed bisque, artisan bread, and soft sheep's milk cheese. I should be a killer winter feast.
